My submission for the December 2003 10 Second Club contest. The audio is from the italian version of the Nightmare before Christmas.

Translation : `You want me to starve... An old man like me who hardly has any strength as it is. Me, to whom you owe your very own life.`

Catapult Cubes (3423Kb)

I did this exercise to practice a little bit more the principles of animation with really simple characters. The main aim was to give different weight and personalities to each of the cubes, and to create a little bit of empathy from the audience towards them. It took me three whole days to finish the animation.
